It looks a bit like one and is named after one of the main ingredients in beer, but it's a world first! HOPSTER is the world's first hop lemonade. A refreshing drink just the way we like it.

Hops equal beer?

Jonas Seidl, the head and hand behind HOPSTER, fights against prejudices every day: “Anything that contains hops must also taste like beer” and “Hops only taste bitter” are probably the most common untruths, which Jonas uses in a humorous and tasteful way with his creation HOPSTER levered out. His hop lemonade doesn't taste like beer and isn't. The only ingredient the two popular drinks share is hops. While hops provide a subtle bitter note in many beers, Jonas only extracts the floral-fruity flavors from the hops to use them in his lemonade. HOPSTER is a classic lemonade that is naturally alcohol-free and pleasantly sweet. The full-bodied flavor palette ranges from delicate fruit aromas to herbal and floral notes - all extracted from the hop varieties used.

Attention to detail

Making HOPSTER requires a lot of skill and passion. In order to extract their wonderful variety of flavors from the hop cones, the essential hop oil is pressed from the hop flowers and further processed in this form. In harmonious interaction with the finest mineral water from the Gerwig spring in Kondrauer, the full magic of hops unfolds and creates a refreshing drink like no other. Jonas Seidl places particular emphasis on water when producing his HOPSTER. Not without reason, because he is a water sommelier. If anyone finds the right water for a perfectly sparkling, sparkling lemonade, it is Jonas Seidl. Conveniently, he also comes from a water-loving family, the Seidls run the Kondrau mineral and healing fountain and carry this passion from generation to generation. A lemonade made from the best hops combined with excellent water? That can only be a good thing. Then a HOPSTER!
