"Bring Your Beer - Community Tasting"
Who hasn't experienced this? You have a beer in the cellar that you want to save for a very special moment...
...but that moment just doesn't come or you've had way too many beers?
Then this is exactly the event for you. You bring a beer and share it with the other participants. This way you can taste up to 6 different beers on this evening and of course also introduce the beer you brought with you to the others in a dignified setting. I'm sure you have a great story about where you got the beer from and why it has been waiting for this moment for so long?
There are no guidelines for the beer you bring (except that it cannot be home-brewed - for legal reasons!) - but please make sure that it is not the standard beer from the supermarket next door that everyone has already tasted 100 times. The more exciting your beer, the more exciting the evening!
Of course, we don't need to mention that for fairness reasons you are not allowed to participate if you haven't brought your own beer.
Of course, our sommelier and managing director Steffen will also exclusively open a bottle/can from his storage cellar.
+++IMPORTANT: Please note that the tasting quantity can be less than 0.1l. We will be up to 6 people (Steffen plus 5 participants) and so there may be a little less to taste with a 0.33l bottle. Of course you can also bring a 0.75l bottle or larger!+++
Why does the seminar still cost 1€ even though everyone brings their own beer?
It's very simple. It's a symbolic euro for our "effort" in providing the location AND the "intermediate water" also comes from us, of course.
