1.5 hours of entertaining theory combined with fluid practice (in no particular order):
• Professionally guided tasting by a beer sommelier/master brewer
• short introduction to the world of beer brewing
• The raw materials of the beer
• Introduction to chocolate making
• the principle of food pairing in theory and practice
• Tasting of selected patisserie in combination with matching beers
• Focus on sensors (seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling)
