BROWAR STU MOSTÓW

We live in a time when people not only work hard for what they want to achieve, they manifest it too. Manifesting is basically a somewhat pretentious equivalent of good old "believing in it": if you believe in something hard enough and can see yourself achieving your goal in your head, the universe can't help but grant you your wish. Stu Mostów Brewery takes a two-pronged approach, combining manifestation with hard work to make their dream of becoming Poland's best brewery come true.

A Brewery and its (Beery) Bridges

Stu Mostów is Polish and means 100 bridges. The brewery's home town of Wrocław is crossed by numerous branches of the Oder and, according to estimates, actually has 100 bridges. In addition, Poland's third-largest city has a long brewing tradition and has always been a popular brewery location. The bridges in the title are not only a tribute to Wrocław, but also a symbol of the bridges that the brewery wants to build with its beer: between people, cities, countries, brewing tradition and modernity and everyone who likes to sit together over a good brew. The roots of Browar Stu Mostów lie in the desire for authenticity, real craftsmanship and excellent craft beer. As everywhere, industrially manufactured mass products have spread in Poland and swept small breweries off the map. Browar Stu Mostów wants to join the countermovement and position itself as a strong Polish brewery with excellent, hand-brewed barley juice on the beer market in its homeland and the world.

Old traditions and modern technology

It all started in 2012, when the brewery's founders noticed that the Polish beer landscape was not as varied, creative and delicious as they would like. The idea germinated into a plan and they visited trade fairs and festivals to look for suitable partners. When it came to equipment, the choice fell on BrauKon: the long-established manufacturer of state-of-the-art brewing technology equipped the company with a first-class brewing system and thus laid the foundation. Suitable premises were found on Jana Długosza Street in Wrocław and brewing began in 2014. Stu Mostów's range is intended to take up the city's old brewing tradition, redefine it and combine it with the dynamism and fast pace of the craft beer revolution. Beers like WRCLW Porter Balticky combine traditional brewing styles with contemporary ideas and get the most out of the brewery equipment.

As you can see, dreams do come true – if you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and take your happiness into your own hands. Here's to a beer!
