Emelisse is a brewery based in the Netherlands that has been committed to handcrafted craft beer for more than ten years. And with great success: in the rankings of the website RateBeer, one of the largest information and rating sites for craft beer, Emelisse is among the top 100 best breweries in the world. Emelisse not only sells beer, but also celebrates barley juice in the in-house restaurant. The brewed products are treated almost as a culinary art form and enjoy great popularity among Dutch craft beer fans as well as international attention. Due to increasing demand, Emelisse has outsourced part of its production to Belgium.

Brewer Jens van Stee always pampers his customers with new, creative ideas and ensures that Emelisse continues to cause a sensation among the best craft beer breweries in Europe. The brewery is based on traditional brewing techniques and combines them with the demands of international beer connoisseurs. With a colorful palette of very different beers, Emelisse meets the tastes of both long-time beer connoisseurs and the inexperienced palates of beer newcomers.
Varied
The Bierothek® represents Emelisse's diverse offering with a range of signature IPAs, but also tempts beer drinkers with surprising stouts like Forest Fruit Stout , a beer described by its creators as a liquid dessert. The espresso stout is completely different but no less good. With its gentle bitter notes and a full, dark coffee color, it is a pleasure for all the senses. Another specialty of the brewery are the barrel-aged beers such as the White Label series. These beers are stored in old whiskey barrels for a year, giving them their incomparable taste. Emelisse is a brewery that presents a diverse range of great beers to both connoisseurs and beginners.
