Anyone who believes that good fairies only exist in fairy tales is far from the truth. Four girls from Upper Franconia are giving Tooth Fairy and Co. serious competition. The self-proclaimed beer fairies are four female brewers who are turning the beer world on its head with their beer for women. And this much can already be revealed: the brewers here are the sweetest!

The woman is herself

There is no question that brewing beer is a male domain. The fact that, despite emancipation and feminism, there are still more men than women at the kettle does not mean that the ladies are not powerful in the creation of brewing. The four girls behind the label Holla the Beer Fairy are a prime example of the brewing woman. The bright Franconian women are taking the beer world by storm and showing their male colleagues with a lot of charm and fun how to get women to drink beer too. With good, high-proof beer that is not sugary-sweet but rich in fruity, floral flavors. And delicious, of course. Isabella, Moni, Gisi and Yvonne are women for whom beer not only tastes good but is also in their blood. All four come from brewing families. They have known and loved good beer since they were little and have turned their passion into a profession. The idea for Holla the Beer Fairy came to the motivated ladies at a beer get-together. As young women in the brewery business, Moni, Yvonne, Gisi and Isabella knew about each other and formed an unbeatable team at the brewers' get-together.

Beer instead of champagne

If you want to knock champagne and wine off the throne of women's drinks, you have to bring in the hard guns. This was clear to the foursome from the start, so they didn't bother with girls' drinking. The four wanted to brew real beer: beer that had so much flavor that it would also appeal to women. Not a low-alcohol, fizzy mixed drink, but real beer. With great enthusiasm and a lot of female power, Yvonne, Moni, Isabella and Gisi got to work and brewed a real banger. The Holla the Beer Fairy Spelled Ale is an amber-colored beauty with lots of fizz and even more flavor. Fruity notes combine with floral aromas in perfect harmony, and a pleasant acidity underlines the composition. A beer so sophisticated that it is not only popular with the target group of women.
