Seasonal beer is the highlight of every festival calendar. In Bavaria in particular, there are numerous occasions when breweries brew beer for a limited time. For example, there are two bock beer seasons per year, and many towns and communities also celebrate church fairs, carnival, the beginning of spring and the Advent season. Traditional breweries brew a special beer for each of these occasions and their customers look forward to it all year round.
The Brauhaus Faust celebrates the festivals as they come and has the right beer for every occasion. The festival beer is tapped punctually at the beginning of the warm season. The seasonal delicacy is brewed between April and October and is a treat for everyone who likes strong, tasty beers with substance. It has an alcohol content of 5.5% and is brewed from a selection of the finest malts and a touch of hops.
Enjoying the beer begins with the popping of the swing top. A tantalizing blend of tobacco, bread crust, caramel and roasted grain fills the air as the golden beer pours into the glass. A white head of foam sits enthroned on the crystal-clear beer. The attack reveals a powerful body with a sweet entry. Soft notes of toffee, malt and honey settle gently on the tongue. Apricot, orange peel and a hint of grassy hops with herbal notes complete the taste experience.
