Summer is here and spoils us - at least now and then - with pleasantly warm temperatures, sunshine, light and long days. We are drawn to the lake, the river or the sea, we smell of sun cream, wear airy clothes and hats, go to the beer garden, eat watermelon, long for a day off from the heat and lick ice cream at every opportunity. We drink our coffee with ice cubes and a scoop of vanilla ice cream and we also crave cool refreshments.
The Camba brewery is well prepared for this and has released a refreshing beer just in time for the start of the hot season. Summer Kiss has summer in its name and taste: the brew is based on a Belgian saison and enchants with its light as a feather body and sparkling, fresh character.
Summer Kiss is brewed from Pilsen barley, oat and light wheat malt and owes its fruity aroma to the hops Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The fine French seasonal yeast gives the brew the finishing touch. This summer delight flows into the glass in a lemony gold tone and exudes a scent reminiscent of white Federweißer. The light grape is accompanied by subtle notes of pear and herbs that make your mouth water. The first sip is wonderfully slim and delights with fresh fruit, spicy vanilla and gentle malt - a light-footed, dry and refreshing pleasure!
