We know that the brewers from the Freigeist brewing collective have something on their plate. Their range is a series of subtly composed beers that simply taste great. Now it's joined by a delicious non-alcoholic drink: Prodige is so good that you'll hardly believe it's non-alcoholic.
Many brewers can make good beers, the real masters also master the art of non-alcoholic beers!
Prodige appears in a clear gold tone in the glass and shimmers with a fine shine. A generous amount of airy, white foam crowns the beer and exudes an enticing scent of yellow stone fruits, gooseberries, freshly cut herbs and floral hops. The fine nose smells a hint of star fruit in the refreshing mix. The initial taste is fruity and light on the tongue: the aromas of gooseberries, apricots, star fruit and freshly mown grass develop in a pleasantly sweet manner. A soft malt note underlines the fruity notes, while the gentle, dry bitterness gives the beer a nice structure. The hops clearly play the main role here and are played out in a nice range.
