An amber like it is written in the book.
When a beer has such a deep, beautiful amber tone, it awakens certain ideas in experienced beer connoisseurs: it has to be hoppy and at the same time cleverly balanced with an appropriate amount of malt. Not too tart, subtly sweet and flavorful.
The Amber from the Binkert brewery in Breitengüßbach, Franconia, meets all of these expectations and adds one more thing. Promised!
Shimmering in wonderfully earthy tones, the amber flows amber-colored into the glass and forms a fine-pored foam head. Wonderful fruity scents rise from the foam. The nose is full of floral floral notes and the fine aromas of juicy blood oranges and ripe strawberries. An elegant, well-balanced malt note gives the fruit aroma a stable base. This first impression is impressively reflected in the taste. A warm, malty sweetness starts, followed by a long-lasting roasted malt bitterness. A soft, velvety mouthfeel and lively carbonation round off the drinking pleasure.
Head brewer Jörg from Brauhaus Binkert recommends drinking this beer specialty from a suitable glass. A goblet-shaped glass brings out the full aroma and unfolds the taste in all its nuances. Binkerts Amber is a special beer that is ideal as an entrée for a festive dinner or simply on its own for a celebratory occasion.
