Welcome to the hoppy hills of Beverly Pils! Summer, sun and a good mood are constant here.
When you think of California, miles of sandy beaches with tanned beach beauties, palm trees and endless sunshine immediately come to mind. The Mashsee brewery from Hanover built on this feeling and created a beer to match. If you’re thinking of a crisp West Coast IPA, you’re wrong. Surprisingly, the brewers at Mashsee chose a pilsner to pay homage to the California way of life. It still turned out fruity and fresh. And so tasty that we can’t get enough of it!
Beverly Pils appears a sun-kissed gold tone in the glass and has minimal cloudiness. A beautiful, white foam crowns the beach beauty and exudes unusually fruity scents. Pilsners are best known for their tartness and hop bitterness. If you’re expecting a classic Pils, you’ll definitely be taken aback when you take your first sip: Instead of being bitter and tart, Beverly Pils is actually tropically fruity! This wonderful fruit freshness comes from the dry hopping technique and gives the beer a slightly floral aroma of citrus fruits, pineapple and mango. Of course, the hop bitterness shouldn’t be missing! The Pils is completed by a nice, crisp bitter note.
With their Beverly Pils, Mashsee has created an extraordinarily good Pils that could even make fans of Pilsners!
