There are a variety of different bock beers and the Riegeles also have countless recipes. A special specialty among the bock beers is the pale bock. Just as complex and intensely flavored as its dark equivalent, the light Bock is also a true beer specialty.
The Speciator light presents itself in a golden amber tone and forms a white head of foam. A palette of malty scents rises from the creamy, fine-pored foam. The 8.5% alcohol content contributes a slightly liqueur-like note. In the nose, roasted nuts mix with the scent of freshly baked bread to create a seductive mixture. A little honey and the sweetness of ripe stone fruits make you want to take the first sip. This reveals a velvety soft body that has a malty sweetness. The alcohol is cleverly integrated into the taste and is accompanied by a pleasant bitterness.
