The basis of the beer enjoyment is the crystal-clear spring water, which is drawn from the brewery’s own well. A select blend of regional malts meets the Hallertauer Tradition and Spalter Select hops in the kettle and forms a harmonious taste profile. The aroma is made up of full-bodied grain notes, hints of oven-fresh bread, floral hops, caramel, freshly mown grass and a hint of lemon.
