The beer itself is just as uncompromising and straightforward. Analog.Biers Pale Ale is brewed with the hops Mosaic and Azacca. The two aroma hops give the beer its fruity-fresh character and conjure up a lot of fruit in the complex taste. The beer is extremely tasty and delights with a delicately balanced balance of hop notes, fruitiness and bitterness.
The Hazy Pale Ale flows into the glass in a slightly cloudy amber tone and has a fleeting crown of snow-white foam on its golden body. As soon as the can is opened, an irresistible scent of citrus-fresh hops, sun-ripened mango, exotic passion fruit and sweet peach rises in the nose.
