It's the same with Pati and Nate: Pati is part of the Danish brewery Dry & Bitter , Nate comes from Timmendorfer Strand and brews for Sudden Death Brewing . The dream team has often worked together and their collaboration is based on Pati's personal motto “let's brew something easy”. In this case, however, simple does not mean boring and monotonous, but rather represents Pati's relaxed, flaky style and Pati and Nate's shared preference for uncomplicated, drinkable brews.
Their latest collaboration is called Hello, my Name is Dave and is dedicated to Dave, the graphic designer of Dry & Bitter. The artist is in the favor of the entire team and is known for his open, friendly manner.
His beery monument is an Extra Special Bitter with 5.9% alcohol content, which is based on the traditional art of brewing in England. The fine wine is characterized by its noble bitterness, which the brewers have cleverly combined with notes of toasted bread, toffee, earthy herbs, crunchy grains and orange jam.
Hello, my Name is Dave is a delicately balanced bitter that is crisp, fresh and very drinkable. Just easy.
