Beer from Franconia for Franconia and everyone who would like to be Franconia.
The guys behind the young beer label BroBier are passionate beer fans and have been since they were born. In Franconia, where the boys come from, this is pretty normal. In the region with the largest concentration of breweries in the world, people love and live beer. Every village, no matter how small, has its own brewery, and every sports club is sponsored by one. Beer is an integral part of Franconian culture and an element of the local joie de vivre. So it's no wonder that people who love beer are growing up here. Three of them have come together and are brewing real, down-to-earth Franconian beer for Franconia and the world under the name BroBier.
The latest coup in BroBier's range is their Franconian red beer. The lager with 4.5% alcohol content flows into the glass in a clear amber tone and forms a fine-pored, slightly tinted head of foam. When poured, the beer exudes a wonderful scent of raisins, cranberries, soft, dark caramel and freshly baked stollen. A hint of blackcurrant jam gives the scent a sour note. The initial taste is a medium-weight beer with pleasant carbonation and a lot of flavor. First, the malt hits the tongue: grainy and slightly doughy, it forms a base for the fruit note that follows the foot. A sweet and sour interplay of aromas unfolds on the palate and presents fruity notes of cranberries and black currants. The finish is dry and stays on the tongue for a long time with a soft caramel note.
