We usually advocate the “more is better” motto when it comes to beer, but sometimes pint isn’t all that practical. If you feel an acute thirst for beer at lunchtime and still have plans in the afternoon, if you want to enjoy the beer somewhere in the country and have to transport it there first, if you are a very slow drinker or if you want to have a little nightcap at the end of the evening then a bottle with a capacity of 0.33 liters is quite sufficient.
The family brewery Jacob thought the same and included such a format in their range of 0.5l bottles. The practical Mini is affectionately called Flaschlbier in the house and despite its small size it contains a lot of taste.
If you pour the bottled beer out of its handy housing, it presents itself in clear sunshine gold with a blossom-white crown. You can also drink the fine drop directly from the bottle, but then you might miss the wonderful scent of oven-fresh brioche, meadow herbs and cereals. The first drink is definitely tasty and scores with delicate notes of caramel, light malt and straw. In the course of drinking pleasure, sparkling citrus tones, fresh hints of hops and a tart bitterness join in.
Compact and delicious!
