A magical mixed beer drink for a magical creature.
A legendary creature lives in the unexplored depths of the Bavarian Alps. The Flöff feels most at home between rough boulders, evergreen forests and rough nature. But he has a fatal weakness: the smell of apples and cinnamon can lure the Flöff out of his hiding place. The first person to see the creature is master brewer Alois Dinkelsbühl. One night he caught the Flöff in his brewery. The hairy monster was just about to taste a new brew from the brewer. Dinkelsbühl was currently developing a new festival beer and had decided on the tempting ingredients of cinnamon and apples in the brew. The whistler couldn't resist the siren's call. Since then, the wondrous mythical creature has been spotted again and again. Christmas and Christmas markets are places that magically attract him.
As a tribute to the friendly Flöff and his love of cinnamon and apples, the brewer Alois Dinkelsbühl dedicated a winter beer to him and named it after him.
When the temperature is right, the beer smells and tastes heavenly like baked apples, vanilla, creamy caramel and cinnamon. In contrast to most beers, Flöff is not enjoyed chilled, but rather heated to a good 60 to 70 degrees before consumption. The warmth brings out the full-bodied flavors of the winter beer wonderfully. But be careful, the drink shouldn't get too hot, otherwise you'll burn your tongue and all the alcohol will go to waste. And nobody really wants that!
