Karlsberg’s interpretation of a Pilsner presents itself in a brilliant, crystal-clear gold tone in the glass. A seductive scent rises from the dense-pored head of foam and entices you to take the first sip with notes of freshly baked biscuits and gently roasted malt. This reveals a slim, light-footed body with an elegant taste profile: Soft malt ensnares the palate with notes of bread crust, grain and straw, before the hops step in and enrich the aromas with a portion of mown grass, subtle citrus fruit and crisp bitterness.
