The young brewing company from Braunschweig is constantly coming up with new ideas for modern beer brewing. The Morning After combines classic beer enjoyment with very special aroma nuances. A treat for the palate the morning after, but also at any other time of the day.
The Morning After flows into the glass with a beautiful brown coffee tone, on which a remarkable head of foam in a slightly toned color is enthroned. The cloudy, almost creamy color supports the coffee character of The Morning After. Strong aromas of coffee and spices fill the air. Thanks to a light and soft malt bed, a pleasantly soft ale is created. The oat malt used gives The Morning After a creamy, almost milky character, which of course harmonises perfectly with the Sidamo coffee beans used. The addition of Sabro hops gives the beer a fresh note. Indian coriander seeds support the pleasant coffee note and give the beer contrast and structure, making The Morning After a very special beer treat.
