Classics from the beer sommelier’s pen are his wheat beer or pilsner . Both beers are down-to-earth and still bring that certain extra to the glass. They are handcrafted and brewed with expertise and combine the tried and tested art of brewing with a modern palate. Its light color is a bit more angular.
Nix Amore is already a bit defiant in the title: the beer is not aimed at harmony, but appeals to gourmets. The fine beer specialty combines the drinkability of a conventional cellar beer with a strong hop flavor and an unconventional aroma. The trained palate can taste dried apricot, tart bitter orange, oven-fresh biscuit and brown rock candy from the velvety-soft composition.
