There are brewers who claim that every German beer used to be craft beer. They think so because, before the Industrial Revolution, beer was entirely handcrafted. The roots of the German art of brewing go back thousands of years. A lot has changed during this time: both the raw materials and the techniques and the brewing process itself have adapted to the advantages of modern times. Malt no longer has to be kilned over the fire, instead of copper and wood, stainless steel tanks are used in the brewhouses, and many processes now run automatically. Before that was the case and beer became a product of large industrial breweries, the brewers still had to lend a hand and do every step of the process themselves. So craft beer. The young brewery follows in the footsteps of its ancestors and continues its art of brewing with simple means and attention to detail. The highlight and their pride is the good Vinzentiner Helle. The naturally cloudy delicacy is unfiltered and brings the full taste of hops, malt and yeast into your glass. To experience the maximum aroma, the brewers recommend loosening the dregs with an elegant twist of the bottle. This is how the malt proteins and the small hop and yeast particles are distributed in the beer and deliver pure taste.
