The St. Andrew's Cross is emblazoned on all bottles from the Fürst Wallerstein brewery. It is found in the coat of arms of the princely family of Oettingen-Wallerstein and is attributed to the apostle Andrew. When the family gave its labels a fresh coat of paint a few years ago, a lot of thought went into the design. The St. Andrew's Cross was chosen because it immediately catches the eye and, combined with the family crest and bright colors, represents both tradition and modernity. The cross in red, orange, yellow, and purple draws the eye and makes Wallerstein's brews stand out on the drinks shelf.

But because looks aren't everything, a lot of work and attention goes into the brews behind the pretty pictures. Quality and taste are our top priority, as every single sip demonstrates.

A Wallerstein favorite, for example, is the Zwickel. A Bavarian classic brewed with regional ingredients and artisanal skill. The amber-gold brew with a creamy head smells of ripe pears, plums, homemade applesauce, and yeast – and tastes just like it!
