Gemini is a juicy Double Dry Hopped Double IPA that is brewed with a whole truckload of hops. The tropical, citrus-fresh side of the beer is due to the hop varieties from the Yakima Valley, while varieties from the Southern Hemisphere act as delicious counterparts, adding notes of passion fruit, white grapes and gooseberries to the aromas.
The beer with the two faces flows into the glass in a cloudy shade of orange and is adorned with a crown of solid, white foam. The initial taste caresses the palate with velvety sweetness and tickles the taste buds with notes of passion fruit, tangy grapes and golden pineapple. The malt is supported by an incredible amount of oat flakes, which are not only responsible for the soft mouthfeel but also for the grainy taste.
