At the Coopers, there is a clear instruction for consuming their delightful brews: “Roll the beer. Unlock the flavor” is the brewers tip for getting the most out of their beers. The reference is based on the special brewing method of the Coopers. All their creations are aged in the bottle or can, finishing the process of fermentation after bottling. This creates a layer of sediment on the bottom of the bottle or can that contains a whole lot of flavor. To enjoy this aroma and distribute it evenly throughout the beer, place the bottle or can on the table and gently roll it back and forth a few times. If you forget that, you can swivel the bottle slightly, as with yeast wheat, and pour it into the glass with the rest of the beer. But rolling is more fun.

Not shaken or stirred, rolled.

The Sparkling Ale should also be rolled. The classic was one of the first brews from the Coopers brewery and was first brewed in 1862. The beer combines the fine flavor of the brewery's own yeast strain with a successful balance of hops and malt. The well-carbonated beer tastes like lemongrass, ripe apples, freshly baked bread, pine resin and caramel. A strong hop bitterness completes the play of aromas.
