Because good things cannot be said often enough, we would like to take this opportunity to bring you closer to the work of the Ocean Beer brewery. The Spanish company was founded by three friends who want to do something about the amount of garbage in the seas and on the beaches of the world. Inspired by the success of a brewing campaign, they quickly founded the Ocean Born Foundation and Ocean Beer and devoted their entire attention - and all proceeds from the sale of the beers - to saving the oceans. Since 2020, the team has been brewing a selection of delicious beers and donating the money generated to associations, projects and institutions that work to protect the oceans and their endangered inhabitants.

The beers penned by Fernando Escribano are a means to a (good) end: the master brewer and doctor of agricultural engineering has the same passion for the ocean as the founders and works feverishly to produce tasty beers with the smallest possible ecological footprint. Sustainability and aroma have equal priority and we think that he manages this balancing act well.

An example of his skill is gourmet: the crisp Pilsner flows into the glass in a tempting golden blond and is adorned with an impressive white foam crown. Scent and taste are a harmonious combination of nutty notes, soft malt and noble hop bitterness.
