For all of you who feel the same way, the Blue Coast brewery from France has come up with a beer: Choc’waves is a luxurious imperial stout with an impressive 11.0% alcohol content that is all about chocolate. The exquisite creation was created in collaboration with Birrificio WAR from Italy and borrows its voluminous aroma from cocoa nibs and vanilla pods.
The beer-like shock wave comes in the color of freshly brewed espresso and floods the nose and mouth with an avalanche of delicately melting chocolate, which combines with strong roasted aromas and warm spices to create an irresistible explosion of flavor. A new vice on our list!
