The Maryensztadt brewery brewed a beer for just such an occasion: as a contribution to the Święto Piwa Grodziskiego 2022, a craft beer festival in the Polish city of Grodziskie, the brewers came up with Wild à la Grodziskie. The festive drop joins the brewery's Wild & Funky series, which has already spawned a slew of hits.
The specialty for Grodziskie's beer festival presents itself in a delicate cloudy gold tone in the glass and is crowned with a good amount of dense-pored, compact foam. A hint of smoke fills the nostrils and tempts you to drink. This unfolds a feather-light harmony of white fruits, apricots and mango, which combines with oak wood fire, fruity acidity and dry smoky notes to create an unconventional beer pleasure.
