From now on, Atlas is no longer just the globe from geography lessons or the titan who has to carry the heavenly spheres on his shoulders for all eternity. No, Atlas has recently become the name of a super-juicy Triple New England India Pale Ales from Seven Island. The small brewery from the Greek island of Corfu has teamed up with the delights of Sloop Brewing and Thin Man Brewery from New York State for this creation.
The result of the collaboration is a beer that unites all the meanings of its title with one another: With its 9.2% alcohol content, Atlas is just as strong and powerful as its namesake, the international brewing team represents the countries of the world and the Triple NEIPA is so tasty that it is really tastes good all over the world.
From its box, decorated with a green giant, Atlas flows into the glass in a rich, cloudy amber tone. A hand’s breadth of airy, white foam sits enthroned on the bright orange body. The real spectacle, however, is the scent: a fruity abundance of exotic tropical fruit beguiles your senses and makes the first sip inevitable. The juicy hop festival continues in the taste. The brewers have elicited every nuance of flavors from the Nectaron, Citra, Riwaka and Strata hops and woven them into a firework of tropical fruits.
