Gose, which actually comes from Leipzig, is a naturally sour beer that gets its incomparable taste with the help of special yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. The slightly salty note used to be attributed to the Leipzig groundwater, but many Goshen are also salted. In the case of the Gose from Sakiškių alus, good Himalayan rock salt was used to give it a spicy, salty note. It is known for its softness and mildness and perfectly complements the fruity sweetness of raspberries. The Gose with Raspberries smells like a basket of freshly picked raspberries. The sweet aroma of summer fruits is mixed with elegant malt notes, which provide a good base for the raspberries.
