In collaboration with a well-known German musician and influencer, the Weldebräu has its popular No. 1 Slow Beer Pils packed in a new guise and given it a different name in the process. Based on the habit cultivated by the musician and friend of the brewery of pronouncing the English word "nice" with a long "noice", the Pils now bears this name. In addition, the brewing piece no longer comes in the wave bottle typical of Welde. This decision is based on the fact that the bottle with the curved neck could not simply be handed in at every beverage store.
However, the beer tastes just as good as the original and still bears its Slow Brewing seal of approval. This award guarantees the use of natural raw materials and also promises the consumer that the brew was made with sufficient time and effort in a process that was as gentle as possible and was not diluted with water.
Noice flows into the glass in a brilliant golden yellow and is adorned with an extremely stable head of foam. A delicate hop blossom rises from the fine-pored splendor and seduces with notes of freshly harvested hop cones and sun-kissed lemons to drink. The taste profile is similarly elegant and inspires with light-footed sweetness, mild bitterness and nice effervescence.
