Fortunately, this phrase is seen more symbolically at Nook - so far we haven't been able to find a single hair in their brewing pieces. However, its maker is much more bearded than the beer. The boss and head brewer of the Browar Nook has impressive facial hair that reaches approximately his belly button and inspires him to do all sorts of practical jokes every day.
That's the thing with big dreams: They start out small, quiet and inconspicuous, but then often develop into a dominant force that you can no longer ignore. Some dreams are like a beard. They start out so sparse that you almost want to give up on them, but then they pick up speed and show their full potential. But dreams can also turn out to be a persistent earworm. You catch a few notes of it and perhaps forget them again shortly afterwards. But sometimes you can't get rid of the melody for the rest of the day, the rest of the week or the whole month. That's pretty much how Browar Nook's founder first came up with ideas for his own beer. The trained brewer had already had a few years in the beer industry under his belt when the voice in his head became louder and louder and asked him to finally brew his own beer. When he eventually started dreaming about hops and malt, he could no longer dismiss the plans as nonsense and took action. The Browar Nook was born and the first creations hit the market in September 2018. From then on, beers with a beard were unstoppable.
The small team put together a range of products with passion and passion. Because they like the picture with the beard so much, the brewery works day after day to ensure that their very own story will one day have a long beard. New beers are constantly being added that are intended for the open, fun-loving and enjoyment-loving people out there. The Browar Nook brews are true gourmet beers and have their very own character. By the way, the name of the brewery is Esperanto and means something like a cozy corner or retreat.
