Beer in a club is nothing new, but beer in a fine restaurant is. In addition to the club world, Christian also wants to conquer the upscale luxury stamps with Hanscraft & Co. As a passionate beer drinker and connoisseur, Christian wants to make beers that can be enjoyed not only with grilled steaks but also with fillets in star restaurants. The goal is to create sophisticated, complex beers with high standards and quality. That, and beers you can drink at the disco. Gone are the days when you had to work on your hangover for the next day while dancing with bad beer, now there is Hanscraft & Co.! But Christian doesn't just brew excellent beer, he also spreads the word about good beer and knowledge about the intricacies of craft beer. In his academy he offers beer tastings, tasting dinners and brewing courses that are intended to give passionate beer drinkers an even closer look at the subject. The man has a passion for beer, there's no denying that.
Craft as a philosophy of life
The fact that craft beer is not a term that Christian would use lightly becomes clear when you listen to the career changer philosophizing about his beer and the selection of ingredients for it. Christian speaks with great enthusiasm and passion about the craft of hops - you can tell that Christian is serious about brewing beer and sets the highest standards for himself. As a small, independent brewer, Christian wants to be honest and transparent. This is the only way, he says, that he can guarantee his customers the best beer. And the beer from Hanscraft & Co. is truly a bestseller on the craft beer market: With beers like the Backbone Splitter or the Black Nizza Imperial Stout, Christian has made a good name for himself in the craft beer scene and has already had one or two Won award. No wonder, after all, Christian, who taught himself how to brew, only uses the very best ingredients in his kettle. The raw materials are the basis and the most important guarantee for his excellent beer.
