Gourmet tasting: Beer & Water Tasting

Beer consists of a large percentage of water and therefore water plays a decisive role in the taste of the beer. In the past, of course, this was much more important than today, as modern methods can be used to treat the water and significantly change its composition.

In this seminar, the focus will not only be on the water used in the beer, but also on how you can conjure up a completely new flavor from the beer by pairing it with the appropriate water.
Together with water sommelier Klaus Wenderlein (wenderlein.de; also beer, distillate and fruit juice sommelier), our beer sommelier Steffen Rohnalter has put together a total of five super exciting pairings.
Five creative and unique beers matched with no less exciting types of water. A combination that will definitely open your eyes and provide many new impressions.

So don't miss this evening if you want to experience two hours of pure enjoyment and knowledge transfer. Of course, the two sommeliers have all kinds of background knowledge about beer, water and the perfect pairing.

- Up to 24 hours before the event, the booking can be postponed by email/telephone for a fee (invoice of 50% of the registration fee/place).
- After that, no further postponement can be made
