At this beer seminar at the Bierothek Munich in collaboration with the Kerstin Spehr Chocolate School, you'll learn how beer is brewed and tasted professionally. Your senses will be heightened to appreciate the aromas, allowing you to fully enjoy the beer tasting experience. 1.5 hours of entertaining theory combined with fluent practice (random order):
• Professionally guided tasting by a beer sommelier/brewer
• short introduction to the world of beer brewing
• The raw materials of beer
• Introduction to chocolate making
• the principle of food pairing in theory and practice
• Tasting of selected pastries in combination with matching beers
• Focus on sensory perception (sight, smell, taste, touch)
• Aroma science
