The Schlossgartenquelle has soft, mineral-rich water that forms the perfect basis for tasty beer. And the other brewing ingredients are also of exquisite quality: The hops, for example, are only used in their natural form and come from regional hop farmers who grow the green gold with the utmost care and a fair amount of passion. The cone hops are said to have a particularly high aroma density, which is beneficial to the taste of the beer.
