From a cuckoo without a nest to your own brewery

The Berliner Jungs brand has made a name for itself right in the heart of this scene. It's a beer line from Brewer's Tribute GmbH, a young Berlin craft brewery located on the site of the former cattle market in the Friedrichsfelde-Ost district. The brewery was born from the shared passion of three creative beer enthusiasts who, as early as 2015, used the brewhouses of fellow brewers for their first beers, operating as "cuckoo brewers." After several years of development and gaining considerable brewing experience, they moved to their current location in 2017, where they now handle all production themselves.

A diverse assortment of Berlin brewing traditions

The Berlin Boys' range is as diverse as their hometown itself. Under their label, they offer various beer styles that combine time-honored tradition with modern interpretations: from classic Helles to a refreshingly hoppy Pale Ale, as well as Pilsner, India Pale Ale, wheat beer, and even non-alcoholic options like their clever capital city lemonade. All beers are bottled unfiltered and – where possible – unpasteurized, and are characterized by their clear aromas and refreshing drinkability. The Berlin Boys' brews draw on familiar beer styles, but interpret them with a light, often fruity or hoppy note, thus conveying a touch of the Berlin craft beer philosophy: down-to-earth, yet with creative finesse.
