Vault City is an independent craft brewery and the UK's largest sour beer producer, producing contemporary sour beers and stouts in Edinburgh, Scotland. Since its founding in 2018, the brewery has produced more than 350 unique beers. The brewery's focus is on exploring flavors and pushing the boundaries of what people typically expect from beer.
