Beer with a good mood from Bautzen! The Frenzel Bräu is a young brewery that has been brewing down-to-earth, natural beers with heart and craftsmanship since 2006. The range is a colorful mix of traditional, innovative and creative. In addition to German classics, you can find the finest craft beers and real exotic beers.
The Bautzners from Frenzel Bräu have taught themselves how to brew over the years. A passion for good beer became a mission that the young wild ones pursue with great joy. Tobias, Thomas and Jürgen form the illustrious team and combine their strengths to achieve the feat: everyone shows off their best qualities and serves a sector of the company. Tobias is the organizer who takes care of the sales and management of the brewery project with great skill. He also likes to think up new, exciting types of beer, which Thomas can then make into reality. The brewer is the genius behind the kettle and swings the mash paddle with passion and heart and soul. The third member of the group is Jürgen. He ensures that the brewery is always pure and clean down to the pores. He is also responsible for bottling the beer. An important job, because without him the wonderful beer wouldn't be on our shelves today. Together, the enthusiastic trio pursues a big goal: brewing beers that inspire.
In the early days of the brewery, Thomas, Jürgen and Tobias had one thing in particular: learning by doing. The boys taught themselves how to brew with great enthusiasm and motivation. The plan worked: their natural beers thrilled the audience after just a short time. Even when the Spree rose over its banks one day and flooded the brewery in the Spree-Pension with masses of water, the boys did not lose their courage. On the contrary. They picked themselves up again and returned more successful than ever. The demand soon exceeded the needs of the Spree-Pension and the Frenzel Bräu delivered far beyond the borders of Bautzen. The successful brewers drove all the way to Berlin with their brewery's own beer truck, which is even a hit at the annual international Berlin beer festival.
Despite this steep career, Thomas, Tobias and Jürgen have not lost sight of their mission: the top priority of the three is to always produce wonderful beer. The naturally cloudy specialties are brewed with the finest craftsmanship and the best ingredients.
