Anyone who thinks that good fairies only exist in fairy tales is very wrong. Four girls from Upper Franconia are serious competition to the tooth fairies and others. The self-proclaimed beer fairies are four brewers who are turning the beer world on its head with their beer for women. And we can tell you this much: the only ones who are sweet here are the brewers!
The woman is herself
There is no doubt that brewing beer is a male domain. The fact that, despite emancipation and feminism, there are still more men than women at the kettle does not mean that women are not capable of brewing. The four girls behind the Holla die Bierfee label are a prime example of female brewers. The bright Franconian women are taking the beer world by storm and are showing their male colleagues with a lot of charm and fun how to get women to drink beer too. With good, high-proof beer that is not sugary sweet but rich in fruity, floral flavors. And delicious, of course. Isabella, Moni, Gisi and Yvonne are women who not only like beer but also have it in their blood. All four come from brewery families. They have known and loved good beer since they were little and have turned their passion into a profession. The motivated women came up with the idea for Holla die Bierfee at a beer get-together. As young women in the brewing business, Moni, Yvonne, Gisi and Isabella knew about each other and joined forces at the brewers' regular meeting to form an unbeatable team.
Beer instead of champagne
If you want to dethrone sparkling wine and wine as women's drinks, you have to bring out the big guns. The foursome knew that from the start, so they didn't waste time with girls' swill. The four wanted to brew real beer: beer that has so much flavor that it will also score points with women. Not a low-alcohol, tangy mixed drink, but real beer. With great enthusiasm and a lot of girl power, Yvonne, Moni, Isabella and Gisi got to work and brewed a real hit. The Holla die Bierfee Dinkel Ale is an amber-colored beauty with lots of spritz and even more flavor. Fruity notes combine with floral aromas in perfect harmony, and a pleasant acidity underlines the composition. A beer so sophisticated that it is not only popular with the female target group. We are sure that one or two men have already reached for the women's beer - pink label or not!
