The concept of a small and a large beer is largely unknown in Bavaria. Most beers are served in glasses with a half-liter capacity and most bottles score points with exactly this volume. On special occasions, the amount is even doubled: the classic Maß at the Oktoberfest holds a whole liter of beer. The introduction of the can brought about a certain change and led to there suddenly being brews that came in containers with a capacity of between 0.5 and 0.33 liters. Small bottles took over and now the Bavarian beer landscape is populated by cans and bottles of all different sizes.
We are relaxed about this development and, if necessary, simply buy two bottles instead of one. In keeping with this trend, there are now countless beer glasses that also no longer hold half a liter. They are smaller and invite you to share the beer with a loved one.
One of these cute little glasses comes from Hanscraft and holds 0.3 liters of our favorite drink. The simple vessel has a sturdy base, a slim lower section and a slightly more voluminous head. It features the brewery's logo in black print and is a timeless addition to any beer glass collection.
And if you prefer to drink from large glasses, you can simply choose the 0.5 liter version !
