A group of creative brewers captured the wonderful mountain feeling in a festive wheat beer and gave it the apt name Summit Glück . Now the team of Orca Brau, Hoppebräu , Guggenbräu and Bierdoktor have come together again to build on the success of their first collaboration.
Summit meeting is part 2 of the series and another wheat. This time, however, the quartet opted for a dark wheat beer. The brew contains Franconian barley from the Nuremberg area and the old Italian grain variety Gentil Rosso. The shimmering copper brew combines a creamy mouthfeel with a strong character and a punchy 6.1% alcohol content.
