And as if these extraordinary attributes weren’t enough, the Hamburg brewery ÜberQuell adds one more thing and makes Pachamama the ultimate beer specialty.
Pachamama from ÜberQuell is a coffee lager that was created in cooperation with the Neue Rösterei from Lübeck. The beer professionals have brought the coffee experts to the side to top their brew with excellent beans. Emerald hops meet cold-brewed coffee made from hand-picked Bolivian coffee beans of the Reynaldo Avircata Loa River variety. The result is an incomparably smooth, almost creamy lager with a rich texture and even more taste!
Pachamama flows into the glass in the color of liquid copper and wears a crown of solid, slightly tinted foam on its head. On the nose, the goddess is initially markedly malty: sweet roasted aromas meet golden grain and delicate creamy caramel. A touch of fruit and an unmistakable coffee note round off the olfactory pleasure and tempt you to take the first sip. The initial taste confirms the first impression brilliantly: full-bodied, luxurious notes of dark chocolate and freshly brewed coffee caress the palate. The taste of toffee, roasted malt and chocolate raisins complete the play of aromas.
