In the glass, the Brooklyn lager appears in a crystal clear amber tone with fluffy foam. The beer is olfactory and malty, with citrus and light floral notes. Charmingly tangy to the touch, it is reminiscent of a classic British amber lager. But this representative of the lagers has a surprising twist in the aroma: The dry hops produce the finest hop notes that complement the malty, slim body with fruit, herbs and pointed bitterness. The four types of malt caramelize the palate with soft notes of sweet, gently melting caramel before the hops take over the helm.
