Tomahawk, Saaz and Amarillo are used as hops to brew this aromatic Houblon Chouffe IPA. The Houble Schouffe IPA is a particularly popular beer in Belgium and is often used there not only as a drink, but also as an ingredient in cooking. The spicy aroma of the Houblon Chouffe IPA is ideal for a special flavor in gravies such as roast duck. It also brings a nice bitterness to the dish and enhances it aromatic, if you use it well dosed. The Houblon Chouffe IPA is therefore often used as an ingredient in upscale restaurants in Belgium.

In the glass, the Houblon Chouffe IPA appears in a light, sunny yellow tone that goes well with the first bouquet of the beer, here you get a light citrus note with floral notes - wonderfully refreshing.
In the initial taste, the beer is also fresh, but also has a nice, intense bitterness. On the tongue, the bitterness is suddenly rounded off with a strong maltiness and the fruity notes slowly reassert themselves. In the aftertaste all the main characteristics, the bitter, the intense and the fruity aromas fade away together.

They started with a small private garage brewery and, thanks to their convincing taste, were able to expand into one of the most popular breweries in Belgium in 50 years.
