The D'Achouffe brewery from Belgium has created a beer that fits this time of year perfectly. N'Ice Chouffe is a spicy beer that warms the palate, stomach and soul with its fiery 10.0% alcohol content. In addition to the usual suspects, fine orange peel and fresh thyme were brewed here. These wintery ingredients give the beer its very special character and make it the ideal Christmas beer.
N'Ice Chouffe flows into the glass in the deep brown color of gingerbread and is crowned by a slightly tinted foam. A wintry potpourri of wonderful aromas rises from the fine foam: spicy yeast, dried fruits, gingerbread spice and soft caramel make you want to take your first sip. This reveals a voluminous winter beer that wonderfully gets you in the mood for the most festive time of the year with the aromas of candied orange peel, cinnamon, thyme, creamy caramel and dried red fruits.
