The Barista Chocolate Quad is the latest creation from the traditional Belgian brewery Van Honsenbrouck. In addition to tradition, the brewery attaches great importance to the ecological footprint. Your latest work is therefore not only delicious, but can also be enjoyed with a clear conscience. Barista Chocolate Quad is a strong beer with a powerful 11% alcohol content, which is stylistically based on the typical Belgian quadruple.
In the glass, the heavyweight is shown in the rich color of melt-in-the-mouth milk chocolate. When viewed in the light, the beer presents ruby red reflections. A caramel-colored foam crowns the splendor. The scent of the quadruple combines caramel, coffee and chocolate. In the initial taste you immediately have a strong sweetness on the tip of the tongue, which further builds up your body. Gradually, the aromas from the flower unfold: caramel, dark chocolate and a deep coffee note. The intensely roasted malt is responsible for this sensual symphony.
With its full-bodied aroma and high alcohol content, the Barista Chocolat Quad is not very compatible as a companion to light dishes such as salad or chicken. The intense aromas of the quadruple trump fine notes, so we recommend dishes that are up to the caliber of the beer: a grilled steak, for example, or a heavy dessert like tiramisu. The Barista Chocolat Quad can also get by without any culinary accompaniment and can be enjoyed as a special beer dessert.
