Vasja Golar is the brains behind the Austrian brewery Bevog and a real beer connoisseur: his company was born out of the need to breathe fresh life and new diversity into the beer product. He was tired of barley juice being seen as a monotonous, boring, even inferior product and wanted to initiate a change in image. His work has gone hand in hand with the craft beer movement and has helped more and more people recognize beer for what it is: a diverse, complex, flavorful and varied masterpiece made with craftsmanship and passion.
Since then, Vasja's focus has been on the finest craft beers that challenge and delight the tongue and palate in equal measure. If you want to appreciate your work and enjoy your products in all their glory, you should curb your thirst for beer and not immediately put the can to your lips.
