A tasteful example of this category is Rebel’s dark lager Černý. The ruby-red beer specialty is characterized by its soft caramel notes and the delicate, complementary bitterness and not only inspires us. The tasty brew has already won a number of renowned prizes in national and international competitions and continues to entice jurors with its charm.
The noble dark presents itself in a deep red shimmering mahogany tone and rounds off its enticing look with a crown of hazelnut-brown foam. A symphony of roasted aromas fills the air and entices you to drink with hints of toasted bread, cereals, roasted nuts and dark caramel. The initial taste is full-bodied and impresses with its oily texture and creamy foam. Sweet notes of chocolate, caramel and sweetened coffee open the spectacle, then aromas of roasted nuts, cereals and dark fruits gradually enter the stage. Towards the finish, the hops deliver a gentle bitterness that is perfectly matched to the variety of sweets.
