If you thought that caramel and salt were best friends, you should have a bottle of Blue Edith!
The blue Edith does not come in a dark blue, but in pitch black. A medium-sized, fine-pored foam crown crowns its head and is wonderfully creamy. Wonderful scents of gently roasted caramel malt, dark chocolate and fruity raspberries rise up. A light sea salt breeze is also noticeable. The salt is extracted from the ocean around Hawaii and is enriched with highly pure activated carbon. This is extracted from volcanic ash and gives the salt its extraordinary taste. Gourmets put the black salt from Hawaii on a par with the French Fleur de Sel; both types of salt are extremely exclusive. Edith's taste is particularly impressive thanks to its finely balanced ratio of sweet and sour fruit and spicy salt.
